Please join NYCSLA in celebrating the holidays at our annual Holiday Happy Hour at The Dove Parlour! This year, we are asking all NYCSLA members to bring some school or office supplies (pens, pencils, markers, rulers, staplers, tape, notebooks, etc) to the Happy Hour. Any member who brings some supplies will have their first drink on NYCSLA. Any displaced librarian is welcome to take any of the supplies donated back to their buildings with them that night. We hope many of you will join us!

Place: The Dove Parlour, 228 Thompson St, btwn Bleecker and W. 3rd. 

Bring: School or office supplies (pens, pencils, markers, rulers, staplers, tape, notebooks, etc.) for librarians displaced by Hurricane Sandy. If you bring supplies, your first drink is on NYCSLA!

Getting there: A, B, C, D, E, F, and M train to W. 4th st; N and R train to 8th st-NYU; 6 train to Bleecker St.

Note: It’s easy to miss the entrance – it’s down a small flight of stairs, so look down!
